Happy this job is done! We decided to do full stone on the front except for the gable peak. The back house portion is an Engineered wood board & batten siding and the house sides / garage are a mix of horizontal and board & batten vinyl siding. The engineered wood is very expensive and a lot of extra work. We did horizontal on the side of the house because there would have been two seams since board and batten only came in 10′ lengths and our house is very tall. It’s a little patchy but I love how it turned out. *We did all siding and hired a mason to do the stone.
Cost Breakdown
Stone $7173
Stone Installation $11,250 (cash)
Vinyl Siding $4753
Engineered Wood Siding $4277
Total $27,453
